Session 1: Preparing for birth & the process of labor

In all gender-neutral and trans-respectful language, Moss walks you through what you need to do to prepare, and what to expect from labor and birth. With a point of view that prioritizes a simple and intuitive understanding of the process of labor and birth, this course is made to help you feel calm and confident going into your birthing experience.

Cost of Attendance:

A Small Group Class ($75-$200 sliding scale)

Private Class ($100-$300 sliding scale)
